Shannon, Harmony Mushroom’s Lead Mycologist, holds a master’s degree in ecology and brings her deep passion for growing mushrooms to every aspect of Harmony Mushroom’s production. She meticulously oversees the cultivation process, ensuring that each batch meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability. When she’s not managing the farm, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and nurturing her connection with nature
