Join us for an exciting Budding Gardeners program featuring Ed Whisler, Director of the Planetarium at MOSH and a regular guest on First Coast Connect. Ed will explore NASA's Veggie space garden, the groundbreaking work taking place aboard the International Space Station, and the important contributions being made by the University of Florida's UF/IFAS Space Lab.
Young explorers will discover how scientists grow food in space, why plants are essential for future missions, and what it takes to create a garden beyond Earth. It's a fun, educational adventure that combines gardening, science, and space exploration into one unforgettable experience.
